Delivery times and deadlines

The only thing faster than our gear is our Christmas service and we'll be running as fast as we can to serve you throughout December. Look below for an overview of delivery times, deadlines and extended return period:

• Delivery time: 2-6 business days for most countries. See the specific delivery times, options and prices here. If you're cutting it close to deadline day, then we recommend the 'express' options.
• General Christmas order deadline: December 19 at 12.00 CET*

*Italy, Spain, Poland, France: the deadline here is December 15 at 12.00 CET.

Extended return period

The extended return period starts November 14. We're happy to accept returns until January 9 and provide a refund hereafter - just follow the instructions here. The extended return period runs from November 14 to December 9, whereafter you'll be covered by our regular 30-days returns policy. Please note that we're only offerings refunds and that we don't do exchanges. If you're looking for a different size or product, then you would need to place a new order.

Black Friday Weekend

All Black Friday Weekend orders are covered by the above extended return period.

Off days between Christmas and New Years

The SAYSKY customer support and warehouse will be resting their legs between Christmas and New Years (see below), meaning that answering and delivery times are a little longer than usual. The webshop is still open for business.
